QuietHits Terms of Service

Any member violating these terms of use will have their account terminated immediately.

1. Your site may only open one window, and must remain in the frame. "Framebreakers" aren't allowed.

2. Your site may not advertise or contain any of the materials listed:

• Noisy: no speaking, singing, music, sound effects, etc.
• Pages with pop-ups or pop-unders.
• Gambling and casino sites. You may advertise these on Breed Traffic, or Kaycee Hits.
• Sites for "paid-to" programs (paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, paid-to-read, etc).
• Pages for HYIPs, forex, randomizers, doublers, triplers, bubbles, or private member organizations, or the like. Again, you may advertise these on Breed Traffic, or Kaycee Hits
• Pages with materials of an adult nature, or pornography
• Pages with warez or promoting warez (hacking, bootleg software, MP3s, movies, games, etc)
• Pages advertising any software whose purpose is to steal from ANY traffic exchange, search engine, etc.
• Pages promoting any illegal activity.
• Pages that stop surfing by putting up a dialog that must be dismissed.
• Pages that attempt to download ANY software onto the user's computer.
• Pages that that are under construction or are parked domains.
• Pages with AdBrite or Google ads on them.
• Urls using bravehost or clickbank.hop
• Websites which ban automated traffic or autosurfs
• Websites which have rotators

We make every effort to accept for rotation only those sites deemed credible. We reserve the right to reject any sites.

We pay a "bounty" of 250 credits to the first member to report a site breaking these terms. Those 250 credits come out of the account of the member whose site is breaking the terms.

If you submit a site for rotation which is approved then change it so it violates any of the above, your account will be closed immediately.

3. The text on your site must be in ENGLISH or have an ENGLISH translation. We do not mean to discriminate against anyone, however, the staff at QuietHits must be able to read your website.

4. QuietHits is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. You agree to use this free service at your own risk.

5. Spam is not tolerated! Do nOT send unsolicited e-mail to promote QuietHis.com. Doing so will result in termination of your account.

6. Only one account per individual or computer. QuietHits has the right to deny any member or site from using its services at any time, for any reason, and has the right to add to the terms of service at any time, without notice. Any members/sites denied from QuietHits will lose all credits and will not be allowed to join again.

7 You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response.

8. Subscription policy. Members who subscribe are given premium credits for making the commitment. A subscription exists until cancellation and any charges to the members account to that point are nonrefundable. Bonuses associated with subscriptions are valid until the date of cancellation. On the day of cancellation, surfing credits, cash bonus levels, pro memberships, commissions, additional listings will be granted to members at the same level as free members. Webmaster reserves the right to subtract bonus credits given above and beyond the subscription purchase from member's account. Members who wish to retain additional incentives are advised to cancel their accounts at the end of the subscription cycle.

9. You agree to receive email updates related to services offered by QuietHits.

10. These terms may change. You agree to comply with all changes.

Privacy Policy

We at QuietHits respect your right to privacy. We will never sell, rent, issue or release in any form, your name, user ID, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party. Your e-mail address may be made available to your QuietHits sponsor.

By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. HOWEVER, removal from the mailing list will mean termination of your account and loss of all credits, downlines, and advertisement, paid or free.
